6 Piston Calipers

When you are looking to get the ultimate in braking
performance, look no further than the ISR six piston
monoblock calipers. They can take anything that you
can throw at them, from road use to competition, from
sport bikes to 2000bhp top fuel drag bikes.
Monoblock design = increased rigidity
= greater control = greater braking efficiency
The calipers have an extremely good
power to weight ratio. They may not be lighter than
standard equipment, but the power improvement makes
up for any weight increase.
The calipers can be used with either
standard sized or oversized brake discs. For some of
the more popular bikes, the caliper can be fitted directly
to the forks. Others require a mounting bracket which
can be provided. A direct replacement for the standard
40mm Brembo bolt pattern is also available.

Radial 6 piston monoblock
This new caliper from ISR has been THE
caliper to have for 2006. It has been a trackday riders dream. With masses of power at a reasonable price.
It is the first 6 piston
monoblock radial caliper to fit the standard radial
fitment of all current sports bikes. For its size
it has a larger pad area than almost all of its
competitors giving it a greater power to weight
ratio.

6 piston monoblock
The jewel in the ISR crown is the 6 piston monoblock
caliper. Lovingly carved out a solid piece of
billet aluminium. The power to weight ratio of
this caliper has yet to be bettered. This excellent
caliper forms the backbone of many of the front
wheel kits and conversions that we offer for both
sport bikes and Supermoto.

Vented 6 piston monoblock
This is an enhanced version of the standard
6 piston caliper aimed more specifically at top
level competition and endurance racing. It has
added stiffeners as well as improved cooling.
Suitable for discs from 300-320mm.

Small 6 piston monoblock
This caliper is designed as an extremely lightweight
option for the 125/250cc GP classes. The reduced
pad track width (swept height) also means that
extremely lightweight discs can be used. It has
also proven popular on the rear of larger drag
bikes.
This set up was used by Peter
Linden on his Honda RS250 GP racer giving a reduction
of almost 2kg in weight - unsprung weight!

Please remember...
When ordering calipers you need to
tell us which side the caliper mounts because all designs
have left and right hand versions.
When replacing your calipers
we recommend that you upgrade to a quality brake
line to get the best out of the increased braking
performance. It will help to transmit more power from
the master cylinder to the caliper.
