Calipers Introduction
|

A huge range of calipers to suit
your requirements.
We have a huge range of 2 piston, 4 piston and 6 piston
calipers, both two piece and monoblock for any application,
to suit brake discs from 170-330m. In some cases, the
calipers are direct replacements for standard discs
and forks, but if not, mounting brackets can be provided
to suit both standard and oversized disc sizes.
Brake pads for all ISR calipers can
be obtained through your local EBC or SBS stockist.
Alternatively, we have pads in stock for next day delivery.

Although the calipers are different
sizes, they share a number of features which make it
obvious that ISR have put the user and performance at
the centre of the design.
1. Pad per
piston design - The increased number of leading edges
results in greater initial bite and a more responsive
braking system.
2. Captive
brake pads - The pads are held captive in the calipers
when mounted on the bike so that if the locking pin
is lost or broken, they can't fall out, so increasing
safety and preventing loss of braking performance.
3. CNC Machined
from billet aluminium - Allows a lighter design whilst
maximising the strength of the calipers.

Weve included details
of the most popular models on the site but if you don't
see something which exactly meets your requirements,
then please contact us because whatever you want, however
weird and wonderful, it is likely that ISR can make
it!
To all those existing ISR caliper
users...
We can supply replacement
brake pads for all the ISR calipers, even ones you
may have bought 15 years ago. A number of compounds
are available to suit different purposes.
If you change disc size or bikes,
we can offer mounting brackets for all ISR calipers.
See braking
accessories for details.
Alternatively, if after years of faithful
service you feel that there is a loss of power, before
throwing your calipers away and buying some new ones,
we offer a caliper
rebuild service to replace any worn components.
Please remember...
When ordering calipers you need
to tell us which side the caliper mounts because all
designs have left and right hand versions.
We also recommend that you upgrade
to a quality brake
line to get the best out of the increased braking
performance. It will help to transmit more power from
the master cylinder to the caliper.
