MyChron 3 Plus - Race and road dash As well as being a very powerful data acquisition tool, this dash includes a non resettable odometer making it suitable for use on the road as well as on the track. The display unit is highly customisable, having configurable gear shift lights, RPM scaling and temperature alarms allowing you to set it up to show data in the most useful format to you. The data can be reviewed in real time on the display, or downloaded to PC (optional extra - click here for details). Two versions of this dash are available. Battery powered for bikes with no on board power source and a wiring loom version for multi cylinder sport bikes. The wiring loom has sealed military spec connectors. MyChron 3 Gold - Race and road dash, including track mapping The MyChron 3 Gold does all that the Plus can do, but has the added benefit of collecting track mapping data so that you can analyse the data according to the straights and corners of the track to detemine if you really are braking too soon going into that corner.... Another benefit over the Plus is that the sensors can be configured for any input, from temperature and pressure through to suspension travel and Lambda. The unit captures up to 2 hours of data so you can collect the data for an entire race or practice session. AiM MXLSeries - Analogue race and road dash The MXL is a race dash which can be used on the road. This product would be perfect for riders who do track days as well as professional race teams. The MXL is a professional high tech guage which allows the user to sample a large number of parameters. With speed and rpm and upto 8 analogue inputs this unit can be the basis of a full data analysis system which will soon include GPS track mapping. The dash records 8Mb of data which can either be reviewed in real time on the display, or downloaded to PC using the download cable. Included in the kit is the powerful Race Studio software used to annotate and analyse the data. The Plug and Play kits which are available will be a direct replacement for your existing dash but with the added benefits of the data logging that the MXL brings with it. The strada (ROAD) has all warning lights configured as standard and can be switched between road and track displays. For track use you will need the optional lap timing kit. 1. Where a temperature sensor is included in the package, you need to specify which you would like: cylinder head, exhaust gas or water/oil sensor.
2. If you are purchasing a unit which measures 2 temperatures, only one sensor is included in the kit. You can purchase sensors and other data logging accessories separately. Click here for details.
3. It is not possible to use the wiring loom with the battery powered MyChron Plus.
