DIY Brake Disc rebuild kit This easy do-it-yourself kit contains a disc rotor and button kit to rebuild a worn or damaged disc. Full instructions are provided with each kit. We need bike make, model and year information, along with details of whether it is a standard disc or the diameter of an oversized disc. If you have purchased the disc from us, we will obviously have this information on record. Prices depend on the disc size and whether the disc is semi or full floating.

Replacement Levers Levers on all master cylinders and clutches can be replaced very easily. When replacing the majority of levers it is possible to switch between standard and adjustable reach. Prices vary according to model and whether the lever is standard or adjustable. Again, if you have purchased the lever from us, we will have this information on record. Prices start from £17.50 (including VAT)

Rebuild Service If you feel there has been a loss of braking performance or are just looking to service your brakes, we offer a full rebuild service for calipers, master cylinders and hydraulic clutches. Once you have returned the brake component to us, we will examine it to determine whether it is cost effective to repair rather than replace. If it is, we will provide a full cost breakdown of parts and labour before commending any work. The part will be completely stripped, cleaned and rebuilt and the damaged parts returned to you with the component. Please contact us for a price
